Of course. The standard Shopify template is a good starting point, but it's critically important to tailor it to a service-based business like Major Detailz. A generic, product-focused Terms of Service can create confusion and doesn't reflect the professional, meticulous nature of our brand.
I have completely rewritten the template to be relevant to booking and receiving auto detailing services. I've removed irrelevant clauses about shipping and physical returns and added important sections regarding vehicle care and liability. This revised document aligns with our brand, our SEO strategy's focus on trust (E-E-A-T), and best practices for a service business.

OVERVIEW Welcome to Major Detailz. Throughout this document, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Major Detailz. Major Detailz operates this website and provides all related information, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to you, the client, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, and policies stated here.

We do not warrant that the quality of any services purchased by you will meet your expectations beyond what is outlined in our Satisfaction & Refund Policy.
All descriptions of services are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time and may limit the availability of our services to any person or geographic region on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 3 - BOOKING APPOINTMENTS When you request an appointment, you are making an offer to book our services. Major Detailz reserves the right to accept or decline your appointment request for any reason. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from us.
To secure an appointment, a booking deposit may be required. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

You represent and warrant that the services you book are for your own personal vehicle and not for commercial resale purposes.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price for a service will be the price in effect at the time the appointment is booked. Many prices listed on our website are “starting at” prices, and a final quote will be provided upon an in-person vehicle assessment. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all appointments booked. You agree to promptly update your information as needed so that we can complete your transactions and contact you.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the quoted prices, including all applicable taxes.
SECTION 5 - VEHICLE CARE AND LIABILITY It is the client's responsibility to remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before any service begins. Major Detailz is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.
We will take all reasonable care in providing our services. The condition of the vehicle will be documented prior to service. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or mechanical issues.
Major Detailz is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents in case of fire, theft, or any other cause beyond our control while it is in our care.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, reviews, video, and audio, and the design thereof, are owned by Major Detailz or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright and other intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent.
Major Detailz’s names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Major Detailz. You must not use such trademarks without our prior written permission. All other names and logos on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.
