1. Your Final Inspection
Upon completion of any service, we conduct a rigorous final inspection under specialized lighting. We then invite you to perform your own walk-around of the vehicle with us. This is your opportunity to review the results of our work and point out any areas that may require our attention. Your approval at this stage is our primary goal.
2. Our Promise to Make It Right
If, for any reason, you identify an issue with the quality of our craftsmanship within 48 hours of taking delivery of your vehicle, we ask that you contact us immediately. Our promise is simple: We will schedule a prompt appointment for you to return to our studio, assess the issue, and re-perform the service on the specific area of concern at no additional cost.
Our Guarantee by Service
Paint Correction
Our guarantee for paint correction covers the quality of our defect removal. We guarantee that the level of correction agreed upon in your initial consultation will be achieved, permanently removing the specified percentage of swirls and scratches without the use of temporary filler products.
Ceramic Coatings & Paint Protection Film
Our guarantee for coatings and PPF covers the quality and integrity of our installation. We guarantee that all surfaces will be free of installation defects such as high spots, bubbles, or peeling. It is important to distinguish our installation guarantee from the manufacturer's warranty, which covers the performance and durability of the product itself over its lifespan (e.g., against yellowing or failure). We will provide you with all the necessary documentation to register your product for its manufacturer warranty.
What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover
Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to cover the quality of our direct labor and craftsmanship. It does not cover new damage or issues that arise after you have taken delivery of the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to:
- New rock chips, scratches, or swirl marks from improper washing.
- Damage from automatic car washes.
- Stains or damage to the interior from new spills.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from an accident or collision.
